Meet the Creator

My name is Atiya Shim and I am the creator of Wicked Wix. I was born in Brooklyn, New York. raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and as an adult- relocated to Fayetteville, North Carolina. I am a mother of 2 boys and full-time phlebotomist. 

Home is where the heart is for many of us. I started making candles as a therapeutic outlet to channel and bring warmer vibes to my home. However, my passion for candles travel back to my childhood. I would sit as little girl and write out all sorts of food menus. This sparked my creative drive to do bring dessert candles with garnished toppings to life! This is what makes being in the candle business fun- bringing joy to others through authentic creation.
